July 2005: La Fondita, an award-winning restaurant in Tacoma, Washington, hosted a fun wine tasting for Sleeping Dog and friends.
 
June 2005: The weather gods smiled on this spectacular day, while approximately 50 friendly folk from the Puget Sound Wind & Wine Tour enjoyed wandering the grounds, sampling our wines, and stretching their legs after a long ride.
  
February 2005: Sleeping Dog Wines 2002 Merlot won BRONZE at the 2005 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. This is the first vintage of our production and the first competition we entered, so we were pretty excited.
